Refund policy
Refunds & Exchanges
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you've changed your mind, we may offer an exchange or refund at our discretion, subject to the conditions below.
Change of Mind Returns
We may offer an exchange (subject to stock availability) or refund where:
- Proof of purchase is provided.
- The return request is made within 7 days of receiving your order.
- The item is in its original condition and has not been used, worn, damaged, tampered with, washed or altered.
- The product is returned in its original, undamaged packaging with all tags, cables, manuals and accessories included.
- A return request has been emailed to wholesale@tnvs.com.au within 7 days of the delivery date.
Please note:
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for change of mind returns.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- You are entitled to one change of mind return or exchange per product purchased.
Faulty or Incorrect Products
If you receive a faulty, damaged or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible at wholesale@tnvs.com.au with:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Photographs where applicable
We will assess the issue and, where required under Australian Consumer Law, arrange a repair, replacement or refund.
Australian Consumer Law
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
Nothing in this policy excludes or limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
